Writer, theatre director, playwright, and literary translator. Born in April 1986, now works and lives in Shanghai and Beijing.

Founder and Artistic Director of the Sound and Fury Play Reading Festival.

She has written five collections of short stories and ten plays. Her plays were performed at the Royal Court Theatre, Edinburgh International Festival, National Centre for the Performing Arts China, National Theatre Company of China, Shanghai Dramatic Arts Center, Myeongdong Art Theatre National Theatre of Korea, Mimaji Art Center Seoul, Inside-Out Theatre, Goethe-Institut Beijing, Hong Kong Arts Festival NoLimits, Taiwan and mainland China Studio Theatre Art Festival, Beijing International Fringe Festival, etc.

Her translations (English to Chinese) include plays by Ayad Akhtar, Carolyn Gage, Alice Birch, E.V.Crowe, Jude Christian, Sam Max, ruth tang and also poems by Patti Smith, Mei-mei Berssenbrugge, Eileen Myles, Mary Jo Bang, Nicole Sealey, John Murillo, etc.
